Shipping policy

At LymphaDerm, our goal is simple. Get the protocol into your hands quickly, packaged with care, and stand behind it once it arrives. This policy explains how shipping works, how returns work, and how the 60-Day Leg-Light Guarantee works.

SHIPPING
Processing time
Every order is processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Delivery window: 5 to 9 business days after shipping
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or other carriers selected based on your delivery address
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination, or free when noted on the product page or checkout
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take an additional 3 to 5 business days.
International shipping
- Delivery window: 9 to 14 business days after shipping
- Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
- We currently ship to [LIST OF COUNTRIES, e.g., Canada, United Kingdom, Australia]. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not yet shipping there.
Discreet packaging
Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked outer box. The LymphaDerm name is not visible on the exterior of the package. Nobody sees what is inside but you.
Tracking and delivery issues
Once your tracking number is issued, you can follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, and household members
- Wait 24 hours, since carriers occasionally mark a package delivered before the final drop-off
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
- If the package still does not arrive, email us at info@lymphaderm.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier on your behalf
LymphaDerm is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. We will, however, make a good-faith effort to help you resolve any delivery issue.
Wrong address or address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, the address cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or stolen packages
For packages that are confirmed lost in transit (not delivered, no tracking update for 14+ days), email info@lymphaderm.com and we will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
For packages confirmed delivered but reported stolen, please file a report with the carrier and your local authorities. We are not able to replace stolen packages but will assist with the claim process.
RETURNS
The 60-Day Leg-Light Guarantee
LymphaDerm is built on a simple promise. Use the protocol daily for 8 weeks. If your legs do not feel lighter, we refund your full purchase price. You keep the oil and the roller. No questions asked.
How to claim the Guarantee:
- Email info@lymphaderm.com within 60 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval
You do not need to ship anything back. You do not need to provide before-and-after photos. You do not need to prove you used the protocol every day. The Guarantee is on us.
The Guarantee covers one purchase per customer. Customers who claim the Guarantee remain welcome to reorder at standard pricing.
Standard returns (outside the Guarantee)
If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of your delivery date, you may return your unused, unopened LymphaDerm product for a refund of the product price. To qualify for a standard return:
- The product must be unopened, with all factory seals intact
- The roller must be in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
How to start a standard return:
- Email info@lymphaderm.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address
- Ship the unopened product back to us within 14 days of receiving the RA number
Standard return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error (wrong product, damaged on arrival, defective).
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable on standard returns.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, email info@lymphaderm.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged packaging or defective product
- A short description of the issue
We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged product unless we specifically request it.
What is not eligible for return
The following are not eligible for return outside of the 60-Day Leg-Light Guarantee:
- Products used beyond a reasonable trial (the Guarantee covers this; standard returns do not)
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Gift cards and digital products
- Free gifts received as part of a promotion (these are yours to keep regardless)
Refund processing
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we approve your refund, please allow:
- 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on credit and debit cards
- 3 to 5 business days for PayPal and digital wallets
- 1 to 2 billing cycles for some international card issuers
If you do not see your refund within these windows, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at info@lymphaderm.com if the issue persists.
Subscription and recurring orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring delivery (the oil reorders every 60 days for most customers), you may cancel at any time before your next ship date through your account dashboard or by emailing info@lymphaderm.com. Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the standard return policy.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has shipped by emailing info@lymphaderm.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number issued, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return it under the standard return policy or claim the 60-Day Leg-Light Guarantee once it arrives.
